Founder/Strategist Arden has been working for and volunteering with non-profits and higher ed since high school. She gets her joy from solving problems and making the world a better place - which is why consulting for organizations with a mission is the only place she belongs! She has an B.S. in Communications from Messiah College and a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University's Medill School. She lives in Chicago with her husband, Mike, and her cat, Orion. In her spare time, she loves to travel, learn new skills and make photobooks on Shutterfly. |

Writer/Content Creator When Matt first got into the communications industry as a career, he knew he'd wear a lot of hats and be a part of a lot of different industries. After almost a decade of experience, those two facts have proven to be true. From writing and reporting about topics from sports and culture to financial systems and business, while spending time in communications and public relations spanning the athletics, non-profit and corporate industries, Matt has seen firsthand that no matter where your company resides, good content and strong communication are keys to success. He received his bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism from Appalachian State University, and a master's degree in Communications from Purdue University. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife, Heather, and his two sons, Henry and Conner. |
